Hello, I'm Valerie Gotcher

I'm a dedicated nonprofit leader with 13+ years of experience as a Founder, Executive Director, and Consultant.

As a Founder, I built a $1M budget from scratch, securing major grants, government funding, and fee-for-service contracts while stewarding individual donors. As Board President for a national membership organization, I led with vision and strategy.

I hold a Nonprofit Management Certificate from CNM Dallas and a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Texas.
