Hello, I'm Valerie Gotcher

I'm a responsible, curious learner with a 10-year track record in the  nonprofit sector as a Founder & Executive Director. In that role, I built a solid base of individual donors, secured multi-year government funding, fee-for-service contracts, and won competitive grant awards from 3 of the largest foundations in Texas within 5 years of operation.  

I was responsible for recruiting and retaining an outstanding team, and I also served as the President of the Board for a national membership organization. I successfully completed the CNM Dallas Nonprofit Management Certificate Program.

Hourly rates are discounted for retainer clients.

Media training, prospect research, grant writing, heavy editing, and graphic design for external or internal communications - including policies and procedures, position descriptions, appeals, and more. If you have something particularly lengthy in mind, let’s discuss a retainer or interim placement.

Build Resiliency 

We offer workshops to help nonprofit professionals and boards grow. Our training topics include: Fundraising Fundamentals, Effective Donor Stewardship, Communicating Your Mission, Books in Brief for Leaders, or Rockstar Boards. If you have something else in mind, let’s talk.

Onsite workshops are offered within 1 hour of Prosper, Texas.

INTERIM LEADERSHIP

Relieve Transition Trauma

Immediately add benefit to your organization during a transition - with the goal of reassuring staff and supporters while upholding culture.
